Work With Me

As a certified holistic health coach, chef and functional nutritionist, I work in direct coordination with trusted medical professionals to help my clients learn how to adapt their diet and lifestyle to address their own specific medical challenges and health goals. 

Every client’s needs are different, but our work together can include providing a better understanding of what a diagnosis really means, how to effectively approach nutritional and dietary choices, supplementation, exercise and mental wellness practices.

I work with my clients to help craft a strategy that meets their specific biodindividual needs, and then I walk alongside to help them stay on track.

Think of me as your personal health assistant, I would be honored to work with you and assist you in bringing your healthy vision to life.


Most of my clients fall into two main categories –

  • Fed up & falling apart

You feel let down by doctors and practitioners you’ve been to, and are still seeking a partner in health that will listen and truly understand where you’ve come from and where you want to go. You’ve googled everything, tried everything you can think of to feel better but are still not where you want to be.

You are ready to finally get to the root of your health concerns and learn more about your body and how to reach your health goals.

  • Needing a navigator

You’re working with other doctors and practitioners and are seeking additional support in the day to day details that will ultimately create the change you need and lead to your success. Knowing what to do is just the beginning, making a plan that is built for success and then staying on track is where the real skill comes into play. Lifestyle modifications, meal planning 101, recipes and cooking lessons, pantry organization, shopping tips and understanding a diagnosis…this is just the beginning of the kind of work we can do together.

A goal without a plan is just a wish!

 


Here’s how to get started –

  1. Strategy Session: 

    Visit the online scheduler below to select a time for our first conversation. You’ll have the opportunity to fill out a brief questionnaire. When we meet (virtually) we will talk about where you are at, what your goals are and discuss what kind of work we can do together.

    This initial visit is free of charge and will take approximately 20 minutes.

  2. Scheduling: 

    There are a number of ways to work with me. During your free intake session we can talk about the different options and determine what would be the best fit for you. Once you have selected a program we will find a good time to work together and get you scheduled.

    I currently have a limited number of spots available for new clients, please let me know if you were referred by your healthcare provider.

  3. Additional Perks:

    You will receive all of our session notes, as well as any additional materials and references that will support you in your journey. You will have access to me via email during your selected program (and beyond), should any questions or concerns arise. I am also happy to work with doctors and practitioners that are also part of your health team. It can take a village and it works best when we all work together!
